Our thoughts and the good wishes of the village go to Sukhi and his family following the armed raid on the Post Office this Tuesday. Thankfully nobody was injured during the incident in which 4 men threatened the Post Master with a gun. It has been reported that the cowardly thugs got away with some cash despite Sukhi's brave stance.

Let's hope it is not long before these low-life criminals are apprehended and brought to justice.

It was great to see the shop open as usual on Wednesday and Sukhi can be assured of the village's continued support.
